Serving Sizes
Knowing the size cake you need for your event can be confusing.
Size Guide
Depending on the occasion, you may be serving the cake for dessert, or a smaller portion to go with coffee. The dimensions for both are listed below and will help you decide the size of cake you need. If you are looking to work out the number of serves for a 3D cake, please contact me, as depending on the internal structures used.
For a traditional round or square cake, the following serves apply. For a tall cake (also known as a double barrel) serving sizes will be twice the number of serves of a single cake.
Coffee Size: 1 inch x 1 inch x 4 inches (2.5cm x 2.5cm x 10cm)
Dessert Size: 1 inch x 2 inches x 4 inches (2.5cm x 5cm x 10cm
