My name is Amanda, and in 2018 I founded Save Me Some Cake from a registered home kitchen in south Canberra. What started as a passion for baking has evolved into a deeply personal creative practice where artistry, flavour and celebration come together.

I specialise in creating custom cakes in Canberra. I bake from scratch using only premium ingredients, and love creating premium wedding cakes, detailed novelty cakes and intricate custom made toppers. Using techniques mastered over several years, I create unique cakes that are as delicious as they are beautiful.

Because every custom cake is bespoke, I take on a limited number of orders each month so I can devote the care and attention each custom cake deserves. My calendar fills quickly, so I encourage early enquiries wherever possible.

Above all, my greatest inspiration comes from my family. Their unwavering support gave me the confidence to begin this business, and their creativity, encouragement and honest feedback continue to shape my work every day.
