3D Novelty Cake

This gorgeous little 3D dump truck cake (filled with smarties in the back) is a great cake to delight those little people who love trucks and construction vehicles.  Brightly covered in fondant with heaps of character, every element is edible, even the wheels.  Inside this beauty was my specialty vanilla mud cake with vanilla ganache which are both much less sweet than lots of recipes.  This little dump truck was enough to comfortably feed up to 20 people.
