Three tier wedding cake

Three tiers with three different flavours.  This classic style wedding cake included a bottom tier with caramel mud cake, caramel sauce, and white chocolate ganache.  The middle tier was vanilla and chocolate marble cake with dark chocolate ganache.  The top tier was a zesty lemon cake with delicious lemon curd and white chocolate ganache.  Once stacked, the three tiers were frosted in a decadent Swiss meringue buttercream.  The decorations are a mix of real-touch silk flowers and hand made sugar filler flowers.
