It’s always an honour to be asked to make a cake for special occasions.  This two-tier chocolate mud cake on the bottom, and caramel mud cake on the top, was covered in     Couverture chocolate ganache, and covered in vanilla fondant.  A cake this size will easily feed 50 people.
