Caramel and Chocolate Mud Cakes

Christening Cake

A  two tier mud cake to celebrate the Christening of beautiful baby Kai.

Caramel mud with white chocolate truffle ganache for the top layer, and chocolate mud with chocolate ganache for the bottom layer, wrapped in a thin layer of vanilla fondant.

To accompany the cake, guests enjoyed individually wrapped cookies.
