3D Car Cake

The 3D car cake was carved out of four chocolate mud cakes, layered with dark chocolate ganache, and covered in fondant.  The decorations were made of pastiallage, modelling chocolate and fondant.  Thanks to Serdar Yenner from Yenners Way for his original Ford Mustang Shelby.
