Unicorn Cake

This unicorn cake was made from two 7 inch white chocolate mud cakes, with white chocolate ganache, and coated in a swiss meringue buttercream.  Inside the cake, the vanilla layers alternated with bright, rainbow coloured layers to give that element of surprise when it was served.
